It is within our sole discretion to allow any user’s access of our website, and we may revoke this access at any time without notice.

Refunds & Payment Collection

We take your investment seriously, and we’d appreciate if you took our investment of time and resources into your success seriously too. Due to the nature of the services and/or products provided, refunds will not be given unless otherwise specified in writing.  Amy Jones Design Co reserves the right to charge 1.5% interest per day upon any outstanding sum left unpaid on or after 14 calendar days from due date.

Sent to Collections            April 15

After 30 days of outstanding payment, Amy Jones Design Co reserves the right to send you to collections, upon which you will owe the total amount of any outstanding payments plus any collection costs including reasonable lawyer / attorney’s fees.

 

Privacy Policy


Your privacy is extremely important. This privacy policy document describes in detail the types of personal information is collected and recorded by us and how we use it.

What data does Amy Jones Design Co. and any of our trading names collect?
When an order is placed via Etsy information is requested to process your items and fulfill the order. This information includes; full name, address, email address. We do not receive your payment details. All payment details are taken via a secure IMA payment system through Etsy.

How do we collect this data?
The data is supplied to Amy Jones Design Co. at the checkout process by Etsy. We receive the details you select at the time of ordering and this information is then stored on our Etsy account, so that your order can be fulfilled.

Your email address and name is also collected when you fill in our online forms on our website, these include: contact us, newsletter sign ups, promotion/discount sign ups. This data will only be used by ourselves to send an email to the address provided and will not be shared with any third parties. By filling in these forms you have consented to us using this information. 

Why is this data collected?
This data is collected to ensure that your order is fulfilled via digital download / sent to the correct address once it has been completed. All contact information is solely for the use of fulfilling orders. 

Do we share this data?
The information you provide when ordering will not be shared with any third parties and will only be used to send your order and for tax purposes. This information will be kept for for at least 5 years after the 31 January submission deadline of the relevant tax year in line with Government regulations for Sole Traders. 

The information you provide when filling in our online forms for 'contact us, newsletter sign ups, promotion/discount sign ups' will only be used by ourselves to send an email to the address provided and will not be shared with any third parties. By filling in these forms you have consented to us using this information. 

All customers are welcome to request a list of third party partners so that they may also contact or inspect their direct compliance with GDPR.

Third Party Privacy Policies
You should consult the respective privacy policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information on their practices as well as for instructions about how to opt-out of certain practices. Amy Jones Design Co and www.amyjonesdesign.co’s privacy policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, such other advertisers or web sites. Using your data for Marketing Purposes
We require your permission to send any marketing or promotional emails. People must subscribe to our newsletter list to receive these emails. If you have subscribed to our Newsletter we will use the information you have provided to send you the newsletter. You are able to opt out at any time. There is a link at the bottom of each Newsletter for you to unsubscribe at any time. Once you have have opted out you will no longer receive emails from Amy Jones Design Co.

How do we keep your data secure?
Security is a high priority for Amy Jones Design Co. and I have taken appropriate precautions to ensure that data is stored securely. 

Other third party websites we trade with are Etsy and PayPal for the purposes of payments for orders. We also use Mail Chimp for the purpose of sending out our Newsletter. All of these third parties have their own responsibility to the GDPR, please see their own Privacy Policy Statements for more information. 

Requesting a copy of the data we hold
You can request a copy of the data we currently hold on file for you. We are legally required to provide this to you free of charge and within a month of the original request and we are happy to do so at any time. 

Requesting we delete all data we hold
You can request the data we currently hold on file for you to be deleted. We are legally required to do this should you request it and are happy to do some promptly. 

Customer Photographs
By tagging or sending us images of you using our products you are consenting to us using them for promotional material including sharing them on our website or social media channels. If you would like your photographs deleted at any point we are more than happy to remove the images from our data base, website and social media channels. All customer images on our website are posted with written consented to their use on our website and social media.
